Atheist; Do you ever pray?

I would like to know from atheists if you pray.

Who/what do you pray to?
How do you do it?
Do you think it will work?
Do you pray with a falls aganda?

I never pray, but I do feel a need to express (by thinking) my gratitude toward the universe sometimes, when realizing how lucky I am to be alive - it does tend to make me humble. It's more like saying to my self: wow, you're a lucky guy.

BTW thank you for a great blog from Denmark!
