National Prayer Day Unconstitutional?

A federal judge in Wisconsin issued a ruling that government observance of National Prayer Day is unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb issued the ruling based on a lawsuit filed by the Madison-based Freedom from Religion Foundation, an agnostic and atheist group.

Judge Crabb says that the day violates the separation of church and state. However, Crabb says her ruling doesn't block a prayer day until after all appeals are exhausted. White House officials say president Obama will still observe National Prayer Day which falls on May 6th. We talked to local community members to get their reaction to the ruling.
