Jews Played Key Role in Establishing America

Its been 236 years since the establishment of the United States in 1776. And it was in 1492, when Columbus sailed the Ocean blue, that the Jews were expelled from Spain. Its believed that 5 of Columbus' crew members were Conversos, Jews who lived in hiding and who played a key role in the opening of the New World. Similarly, in 1776, several Jewish financiers played a key role in financing the Revolutionary War.

They've also played key roles in the development of America including roles in entertainment, defense, economy, education and so many other things that America has given the world. While America should be grateful for the role Jews played in it's development, we owe a great deal of gratitude to our founding fathers. We salute the 226th anniversary of America, it's people, it's government and it's goodness.
