AronRa's presentation for 'Answers in Science', given at the Houston Museum of Natural Science on 2013/08/04 encourages home school parents to meet the TEKS, (Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills) in astronomy, geology, and especially biology, where evolution is simply a matter of fact. This presentation serves as an introductory primer for the minimum that should be explained by anyone claiming to teach evolution, whether in a classroom or in home school. The purpose of this conference was in response to the Texas Home School Coalition inviting Ken Ham of answersingenesis and other Young Earth Creationists as key note speakers distorting and misrepresenting science to home school students.
